What is pre-registration?

Pre-registration is NOT required to purchase most products on the site. Pre-registration allows tradespersons to purchase products from our web site that are not available to the general public for liability and competitive reasons. Pre-registered tradespersons enjoy trade discounts on most products on the site.

Who can pre-register?

Pre-registration is restricted to legitimate individuals and businesses involved in the electrical/security and fire alarm trade holding a current license. If your state does not issue licensing for your trade, please enter your NICET or other qualifying information in the space provided in the registration form.

I'm not a tradesperson. Can I still purchase from you?

You certainly can, and we appreciate your business! Products that are restricted to trade will show "Log In for Pricing" or "Trade Only" in the price field.

Any customer who purchases products from our site is given the option at checkout to create an account. Once the account is created, you will have the ability to view/edit your shipping and billing information, as well as view copies of past orders and view shipment and tracking information for current orders.
